1. Scope of Service & Platform Intended Use
VyaparSetu ERP provides cloud-based GST Billing, Inventory Tracking, Customer Udhar Khata Management, and Financial Reporting tools designed specifically for Indian micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs).
2. Data Ownership & Privacy Safeguards
All business information, including product catalogs, sales invoices, customer ledgers, and GST numbers, remains 100% owned by the tenant business. VyaparSetu does not sell or share business transaction data.
3. Account Security & Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials. Multi-user access is isolated strictly per tenant organization.
